Provision of a combination of Implementation and Change Management services to a county council.
As the interface between the Implementation and the Education teams, Suresh provided considerable client value in encouraging process ownership and galvnising decision-making around key processes.

Support and post go-live implementation at the Central London office of a global music company and its shared service centre in Oxford.
Implementation of additional functionality that had not been put in place at go-live and support of Finance team around month-end and reporting.
Pan-European rollout - 11.5.8
This large-scale Implementation was for a Japanese company across a number of countries in Europe, based in the Netherlands.
The Oracle footprint was extensive and Suresh's involvement was around Implementing and Supporting the Financial aspect which involved integraton with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and CRM modules.
